Tool design – from the initial idea to the final tool ready for series production
Tool design is a central component of our manufacturing expertise. The aim is to develop high-precision and efficient tools that enable cost-effective production – whether through cost savings or increased productivity.
The process begins with concept development: an idea is turned into an initial draft. This is followed by detailed design drawings for the manufacture of prototype tools. In this phase, potential sources of error are identified and then optimized, before the final step, the manufacture of the production-ready tool, takes place.
Our tool design combines technical expertise, experience, and state-of-the-art CAD technology to create tailor-made solutions for a wide range of requirements.
