Our press equipment – ideal for prototypes and series production
Our company is equipped with four high-performance presses, which make us ideally suited for both prototype production and series production:
- 2x 630-ton servo presses
Manufacturer: EBU and Aida
These state-of-the-art presses are the heart of our series production. They are used in particular for the production of components for our customers Sram and Aguti. - 1x 500-ton hydraulic press
Mainly used in toolmaking for testing and optimizing new tools and for manufacturing prototypes. - 1x 160-ton excentric press
This press is especially designed for the assembly of Aguti components and is used exclusively for this application.
