Many products cannot be pressed or manufactured in a single step, so they are assembled from several individual parts. Thanks to component assembly, even complex parts can be manufactured easily. With a proper planning, costs can be reduced while increasing quality and efficiency. Component assembly includes common assembly techniques such as glueing, screwing, riveting, welding and mechanical joining.
We also use the principle of assembly in our series production. We deliver the components to Sram, which are then assembled in Portugal. However, we assemble the swivel seat units for Aguti ourselves and then deliver the finished product.
