Brushing – clean surfaces for optimal quality
We use a Fladder brushing machine to finish our aluminum parts. This reliably removes burrs that occur during pressing and scratches that remain on the surfaces of the blanks.
Brushing takes place before the hardening process, as at this stage the aluminum is still soft enough to allow effective post-processing without affecting the parts geometry.
This ensures that our aluminum parts meet the highest standards in terms of both appearance and functionality.
