In series production, we offer efficient and cost-effective solutions for the production of high precision components in large quantities, that meet the highest quality standards. At our location in Amtzell near Wangen im Allgäu, we manufacture components with the highest precision for you thanks to modern machinery and years of expertise.

Swivel seat units for campers and caravans
One of our core products is swivel seat units, for which we manufacture turntables in large quantities. These are made of sheet steel and have a material thickness of 3.0 mm. We produce around 50,000 turntables per year, with each unit consisting of three individual parts. For precise manufacturing, we use a 630-ton servo press and a 160-ton eccentric press to ensure the highest quality for large batch sizes.
Sprockets for bicycle gears
Another highlight of our series production is the manufacturing of sprockets for bicycle gears. These are produced in various versions: steel sprockets (1.8 mm) with the 630-ton automatic cutting press and aluminum sprockets (3.0 mm) with the 630-ton servo press. In total, we produce around 1.5 million steel sprockets and 150,000 aluminum sprockets per year. Thanks to our advanced manufacturing technology, we can ensure precise quality of parts even with high quantities.

State-of-the-art machines and systems for precise manufacturing
Our manufacturing is based on state-of-the-art machines and systems that ensure maximum precision and efficiency. We start with our high-performance press systems, including the 630-ton servo press, the 630-ton automatic punching press with coil system, the 500-ton hydraulic press, and the 160-ton excenter press. These machines ensure the precise forming of components.
The next step is heat treatment using our innovative overhead oven system, which has a solution annealing oven up to 510°C, a heat treatment oven up to 210°C, and a quenching unit. This system ensures precise heat treatment and optimizes the material characteristics of the parts. After heat treatment, the components are thoroughly cleaned in our washing system before passing through the vibratory finishing system to achieve a perfect surface quality.
