The company
Precision Forming can draw on experience of almost 20 years in toolmaking and 10 years in series production. We emerged from Webo, which was founded in 2008 and at one point generated 96% of its sales in the automotive sector, with a focus on tools for the powertrain. The shift towards electromobility hit Webo hard.
At the beginning of 2025, we started as Precision Forming Schuler GmbH under the umbrella of the Schuler Group from Ravensburg. Series production and toolmaking continue to be part of our business. We are still fascinated by drive technology, but our heavy dependence on the automotive industry is now a thing of the past. Today, we also develop, design, produce, and manufacture for customers in the caravan, bicycle, aircraft, and household appliance industries.
